About this notice

This notice covers RENWANG’s construction, steel structure, vehicle and equipment website, including enquiries and uploaded files. It does not cover an independent social media platform you choose to visit. We do not offer checkout or take card payments on this website.

Information we use

We receive the name, company, email or WhatsApp number, country, project or equipment requirements, messages and attachments you submit. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses and request information to prevent abuse and diagnose errors. We use enquiry information to assess requirements, prepare quotations, communicate and manage the resulting business relationship.

Why we process it

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, responding to your request and preparing a contract may rely on pre-contractual steps; service security and business administration may rely on legitimate interests; required records may rely on legal obligations. Optional analytics and advertising rely on your separate choice. Submitting an enquiry does not opt you into advertising tracking or a marketing mailing list.

Drawings, email and WhatsApp

Uploaded files are kept outside the public media library and are accessible to authorized administrators. Email providers process correspondence when the email channel is connected. If you choose WhatsApp, send the prepared message and match the reference and phone number, the connected WhatsApp Business service can return supported files to that conversation. This involves Meta processing those files. The matching reference expires after seven days; that does not delete the enquiry or files. Upload only information you are entitled to share.

Recipients and international processing

Our team operates in China. Hosting, email, WhatsApp and optional measurement providers may process data in other countries. We share information as needed for your requested service, with authorized personnel and relevant service providers, or where legally required. Transfers requiring legal safeguards must be assessed before the relevant service is enabled. We do not sell submitted drawings or contact lists; optional advertising can involve sharing identifiers with Meta as explained below.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiries and attachments while needed for assessment, quotations, project delivery, related records or applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the project and record; the files are not automatically deleted when a WhatsApp reference expires. We review records when no longer needed. Browser preferences last up to 180 days; clearing browser storage also clears them. Our daily aggregate website counts are kept for 90 days. Third-party retention follows the connected provider’s settings and policy.

Your information requests

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, or ask for a portable copy where applicable. You can withdraw optional tracking permission using Privacy settings without preventing an enquiry. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. For requests about an existing enquiry, contact us and include its reference, without sending unnecessary identification documents. Depending on your location, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

We will update this notice when our services or processing change. Review the date above and the provider policies linked in Privacy settings.

Essential

RENWANG stores this choice in your browser for up to 180 days. The website administration area uses a sign-in cookie for authorized staff. Security checks and enquiry records are needed to operate the service; they do not require advertising consent.

Visit analytics

RENWANG keeps daily aggregate counts for 90 days. When connected, Google Analytics 4 can receive page and enquiry events and use first-party cookies. We do not send your drawings, message or contact details to Google Analytics. Source attribution in session storage ends with the browser session.

Advertising

When connected, Meta Pixel may receive page visits and successful enquiry events, with browser and device information. Meta Conversions API may send hashed email or phone identifiers for matching. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Drawings and enquiry messages are not sent to advertising services.
